Staff at reception kept calling my room about 10 times because my friend came to see me and they were very annoyed and angry and worry about it,rather than worry about the room condition,duvets,pillows and towels which was smelling badly.

The manager there was rude. In the middle of the night around 2am he was not nice. He spoke soo rudely when we complained about the ac which was not working and he arrogantly said that go and complaint wherever you want to and you can leave the hotel right away without any refund.

Ac wasn’t working, the bed sheets weren’t clean. The fridge wasn’t working. The room were not hygienic used towels and smelly towels were given. The washroom was not at all nice.

One of the authorities did try to help us and somehow we managed to just pass off the days. Food was good.

Bathrooms are almost transparent. Rooms are filthy and dust accumulated everywhere. It was non refundable deal and that was the catch. Staff for cleaning and housekeeping was pathetic although their manager was considerate. One of the staff in the night shift denied to help us change the sheets as that is not his task he said and literally gave us the sheets to change ourselves that too was torn and worn out. Not just that booking.com doesn't help or even make an effort to revert back for the complaints and rather expects the customers to call the UK number.

The location of the property was good

There was no cleanliness, no proper functioning of wifi, no water while taking bath suddenly. Room was all messed up, not painted, ac wasn't functioning properly
