Rate is very compared with room

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for my family visiting Mookambika Temple, pre-booking 3 days in advance and discussing details via call, WhatsApp, and email. After paying the entire amount, I arrived at the hotel today only to be told that the rooms weren't available. When I showed the staff the payment receipt, WhatsApp conversation, and email, they demanded extra payment. After a heated discussion, they handed over the room keys but demanded a ₹500 security deposit, which I reluctantly paid after waiting over 20 minutes. Although the room was good and renovated, the blanket and bed sheets were old and dirty. The real issue arose during check-out when the staff claimed the TV remote was missing and refused to return the security deposit. I argued that we hadn't used the TV, and the staff hadn't mentioned anything about the remote during check-in. Despite this, they insisted on keeping the deposit, leading to another argument. Eventually, they returned the money. The entire experience was frustrating, with unnecessary delays during check-in and check-out. I would strongly advise against booking rooms at this hotel, even for my enemies. The service was completely unprofessional and deceitful.

Location is excellent.

I was in contact with them for booking rooms for more than 4/5 days. Each time when I contacted for confirmation the rates were increased by Rs.200/300 from Rs.1100/1800. Finally they rejected booking over phone and asked me to book online and the rate was around Rs.2650/= room and the check in/out time is 12noon and displayed in the property as 10 am. We checked in on 20th morning at 3 am and checked out at 10 am - 7 hours. They charge as per the rush to the temple and no loyalty.

Nothing to say ,no likes, they have unprofessional rules and policy, no care about pre booked members, they consider more priority on walk in people's

They have dumb ploicy, they not consider even the visitor have family , wife child, with pre booked rooms , they consider more priority on wlak in peoples, we have booked rooms for 18 and check out will be 19, and we reached on 18 at 01:20AM , WE wer waited for 11 AM on 18th, we have 8 montj old baby and ladies , at midnight, they not provided rooms even wee pre booked a delux AC room, they said no check out so no rooms, already they have vacant rooms and they given for walk in peoples, , theire bed have arrogant smell, dirty.
