Prime location

I stayed in a non AC room. If you keep the window open, lot of mosquitoes. No other possibilities for ventilation. Bed was so hard.

Near temple

The bathrooms were not maintained

Location was very close to temple, good cordial staff, neat rooms.

Towels were not very neat, cob webs had to be cleaned.

This is my second time at shwetha Lodge, and again, it was a fine stay, but a few problems this time. Else, its proximity to the temple, parking etc are very good. It is a good place to stay for a night. Quite and calm atmosphere. Rooms are small but comfortable. There are no big claims in the property details on site, and exactly like that, you get a room with an attached bathroom for a good price.

Coordination between the property owner and hotel staff aree messed up. When I made the booking, the property asked me to do an advance by online payment, which I did and sent them a screenshot. On my way , they called me again to make the payment. While checking- in, they asked me again to make the payment. While I was having lunch, they called me and asked to make payment. and 4 to 5 times, they told me to do payment while I was getting a darshan inside the temple. This irritated me to the core. When I told them multiple times, I made the payment and had the screenshot sent. Their response was that it was a different staff member, and they needed the screeshot again. I had to get angry and asked him to talk to his owner or other staff member and get it sorted and don't bother me again. At least check in to your bank. Expected more professional behavior. The bed sheets were not clean and looked dirty. It was not cleaned properly, and this needed to be seriously looked into

No breakfast, no drinking water

Bedsheets were very dirty and no bathing towel and soap. No stand for keeping soap and dress
