Very clean room, running hot and cold water, shower.Bed was comfy, lighting, fan AC were quite good. Idli vada, toast, butter, jam tea was adequate if staying one day. Staff were ok except for an elderly gent who insisted on 1130 checkout

1.While pre check in , was given to understand, checkout ok till 1pm, extra charge of half day beyond that, but front desk guy insisted checkout was 11 30,max 1145. 2.Kettle, tea, whitener, coffee , supposed to be in room , not there.Would help in case of late check in. 3.Breakfast starts at 8, can be earlier. Says..2 main courses, bread, butter , jam, juice or fruit, cereal or eggs, last 2 were absent, why say its there when it isnt? A newspaper in the mornings would help

Accn is excellent. If lunch and dinner on payment basis except break fast which is complementary with room rent would be available, it will be convenient for all tenant .

Really I enjoyed and there is nothing to say. All the staffs are very coordial.

The rooms were large and spacious. Very clean rooms, bedspread and bathrooms. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. Food was good. On request, they gave me iron and other things. Would highly recommend for families.

Clean and neat rooms with geyser, toiletries provided. It is located nearby US consulate so this residency is a good choice for the people who comes to US consulate. Breakfast provided was good.
