"Pathetic stay"

Room decor is decent - neat and clean.

Toiletries were pathetic. Service is extremely poor. Breakfast did not arrive on time not served even till 8.30 am. There was a kettle provided ON REQUEST and NO COFFEE SACHETS even after several requests.

"Pleasant"

Bathroom was well maintained and toilet was clean. They were very generous in trying to fulfill requests like iron for clothes.

Wi-Fi did not have good speed. The quilt was not clean. Had to repeatedly ask for more towels and other toiletries. AC remote was not functioning properly. Walls were not clean. Tea could have been better. And room service could also be faster.
