Red Rock Arambol Beach

Closer to the beach, friendly staff, the restaurant below offers great food

Amenities could have been more, AC was leaking water, we were told not to open balcony as door was stuck.

The staff were welcoming. The air con and fan were quiet!

Very unclean, cigarette buts on the floor from the previous guest. The shower didn't work (only a dribble), the curtain was thin and white so it let all the light & heat into the room and the wifi didn't reach our room. The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable, no top sheet provided. No filtered water for drinking.

It was a comfortable stay with nice staff. Manager was external good and helpful. Though it is not like big poss hotel and obviously can't be but simple, clean, price and location makes it good choice.

Its a beautiful location near the beach, and the balcony has a great view of the sea and the beach, Its amazing plus I like the people here, because they are very friendly and helping, they are very fast when you need something

The owner was very helpful and found me alternative accommodation with a fridge at a reduced price. The apartment was off the tourist route and quiet the majority of the time.

Original apartment was overbooked but was given a few alternative options to view and chose one with a fridge and was given a reduction in price.

Close to the beach and cliff area. Clean simple rooms (not actually at Red Rock however as we got moved around on arrival). Don’t bother with Red Rock itself - you’re better off dealing directly with Jockey House just up the road (through the Chillies Guesthouse entrance). These guys helped us out more than the team at Red Rock, who just had classic excuses for everything.

The team at Red Rock was just plain dismissive and rude. On arrival it was obvious they had double booked our intended room (or something similar), and when the room we were put in had a few things missing from the booking…it took a lot of prodding to get them to address our concerns. Disappointing really. Internet was very patchy even at Jockey House.

Centrally located and checkout at 11 am but that's it.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and water was not coming at first and necessary calls and attempts to have the job done were requested before the problem got sorted. No dustbin inside the room either. We had to run around to get towels which wasn't pleasant.
