Mooi huis, en ik kreeg naast de kamer de hele verdieping voor mezelf. En heel vroeg een drop off naar het vliegveld (500 roepie).

Na mn reservering kreeg ik een aantal berichten van de host: huisregels over dat er geen ongetrouwd stel mocht slapen (uit India, maar toch..!) En dat ik de helft aan moest betalen binnen 4u anders verloor ik de boeking.. terwijl dat niet lukt digitaal met onze bank.. dus wat extra ergernis en stress.. kwam wel goed na een bericht maar niet fijn extra gedoe voor 1 nachtje

Very good villa, neatly maintained but it's built on an incline and you need to climb about 30 steps to get to the room. Also they should warn while booking that this is the case I got the info about the stairs after I booked. The views are great but it's a bit away in a somewhat isolated lane.

"Spacious and good value"

A lovely home stay 10 mins drive from airport. Lady arranged a driver for me and also cooked me a very nice dinner. Large apartment with space and good bathroom

There are about 29 steps up to the property. Hard work with heavy bags

The room was nice and spacious. With air conditioner

The care taker was not very friendly and didn't answer our queries well. Missing geyser facility is a major think i didn't like.

Total waste of money....

It was a very bad experience and we get better options at this price in goa. The hotel was a trouble for me and I traveled with my family with a 4 year old kid..

"Quiet homestay close to town"

Nice quiet location away from the bustle of the town. Large room with balcony. Kettle, unlimited bottled water and small dining area.

Payment should be possible on booking.com when reserving, rather than separately following the booking. This is a hassle for foreigners who can't use UPI or Google Pay, requiring an international bank payment with commission charges. The communication regarding payment was quite aggressive (threatening cancellation of booking if not done within 4 hours). Communication was confusing, with both (I understand) the caretaker and owner separately messaging me
