The room was comfortable to stay in.

We had booked for 3 nights and had planned to check out on time but on the last day a situation came up that our train got delayed by 4 hours. We spoke to the staff in the reception but they refused to allow us 3-4 hours stay. We came here traveling 12 hours and this is a new place for us to stay. Simple humanity from the staffs would have helped us. We spoke to the boss of this hotel but he did not even bother to speak to us in a polite manner. When we told them about the situation all that they bothered about was to earn money. Two days before our check out ie. The day next of our check in, our room door got locked and the key card was not working. We told this at the reception and they sent a person to check the complaint. He worked on the door for more than half an hour. Until then we had to wait outside our room and then after so long they decided to provide us with another room. When we told this to the boss he told that we were lying and the receptionist told that he gave us another room on time which was the actual lie. We are very disappointed with the way the boss and staff behaved.

Ambience is good location is very quiet and peaceful

Bottle of water should be available for two guests in one room but was given small complimentary bottle of water only one
