Good ambience good location

It was dirty . Had to call the staff to broom and mop . Toilet was clogged with broken mug . Lots and lots of bed bugs openly crawling on bed .

Very Nice and comfortable, clean too, tasty food

The rooms were totally different in the reality as it is shown in the pictures . The lights in the room was dull . bathroom was dirty with full of insects n cloged toilet . After telling them for so long they took very long to solve the issue and even argued with us and blamed us for their clogged toilets which was totally their fault. The pillow n cover of blanket n bed sheets were all very old n dirty looked very black n dirty . The behaviour of their staff was very rude too as if they were irritated by us . The chair in the room was also broken and water kettle was very dirty from inside as previous guest hv used it to make tea n didn’t clean it properly after that . I would never go back in such place every again very unprofessional n dirty place . expected something else n got something else . found insects in the food too
