Food is awesome and close to nature. Natural atmosphere no pollution.

Its isloated. Away from Mahabaleshwar hill station by 8 kms. Need to have a vehicle when you come here. Good for people who need more of isolation and silence.

No cellohone network. Also they have WiFi but that just doesnt works. The owmers dont care about that.

A nice small villa in lush green serene environment. Morning songs by local birds during a morning walk rejuvnates your mind.

Costing of food is too high.

Climate around the villa, it's cool and chill in summer. We booked an AC room but we didn't even start a sealing fan.

Some cockroaches are there, that should be controlled.

1. The Care taker was excellent. 2. The Food was very good. 3. The staff took very good care. 4. The only good thing about this property was the staff.

1. The Property was absolutely different from the photograph. 2. The strawberry farm visit was not provided as mentioned in the facilities. 3. There was no drinking water provided. 4. The bedroom had no tables to keep our luggage, no cupboard. 5. The washroom had no facilities for toiletries. 6. The distance from the main city mentioned in the directions was absolutely wrong. 7. On the whole it was a very bad experience, first time in my life I have taken no picture s, am really disappointed. 8. The photo of the property was not accurate.

The bed sheets and pillows are not clean; there are no indoor or outdoor games available, and food is also unavailable.
