Budget-friendly for people looking to make the most of Gokarna without burning a hole in their pocket. The host is very friendly. Me and my friend visited Gokarna for the first time and he told us about the places to explore and the best way to do it (where to take bikes, how to visit other places, best places to eat, etc.). The ambience of the place is very positive and good to make new friends. The place is very close to the beach which is a major plus. BONUS: The doggo in the property is very friendly to everyone and easy to live with.

There were a couple of power cuts and a bit of mosquito issue but everything was manageable.
