Shower is cold; if you want hot water to wash you need to heat up a bucket of water with an immersion rod.
INThere is nothing to like much, for the amount they took facilities given are very less. Instead of geyser we were given immersion rod, to avoid mosquito bites they give bed nets(you can understand the cleanliness of the surroundings). No fans at some of the beds, construction work going on and steps to upstairs are with lot of cement and other building related materials.
The owner focus is more on constructing more floors by grabbing excess money. We stayed in the hotel and paid 5000 for 1day plus excess 6hrs. When we get in to the hotel we have clearly conveyed the owner about our stay and asked for a 1day price and he agreed on the call (i would have attached that audio if i recorded it) but on the next day when he got more travellers to his hotel seems he changed his mind and decided to collect two days fare. While negotiating with owner, he has shown his tactical skills like comparisons when ever he want, lot of rules. Finally he took whatever he want that is 2days fare, and now this link is feedback link for 1day stay!!!!, amazing skills!!

The rooms are really bare-bones. The one we got didn't match the description on booking. Half of the property is a building site. Edit: We DID read the description... but the room we got was not the one we'd booked so your comment is not really applicable methinks.
INThe staff is very cooperative. owner Mr. Man Singh is very decent & helpful youngster. he is always available to fulfill all your requirements.
Everything was good enough. No complaints.
