Nothing

I was traveling with my mother and sister, and I must say this that the room (302) they provided us was really terrible. During the night there were lot of noise which scared my family. They didn't even clean the room properly especially the bathroom, it was very unhygienic.

I want to share my experience in this motel . Room's are maintained clean . 2 months before I came to this hotel in that time room service is not good . I requested motel staff in this time they responded very quickly and provided best room service

Nothing

It wasn't good at all. First of all even after a confirmed booking, their systems does not show the booking details and they let you wait without telling the solution to get back your refund. The receptionist itself doesn't know his work. Secondly we were told to adjust in a room where the room was totally awful with the leftover liquor bottles and snacks and talking about the bathroom it was stained. The receptionist didn't even bother to assist after some hassle we were shifted to another room. I request people to don't jst go on the appearance on what they show on internet its not the same.

"Exceptional"

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

Booking was confirmed online thru Booking.com but the hotel refused to honor it after us travelling all the way there & in the night i had to hunt for another hotel which i got thru GoIbibo. Incurred unnecessary travel expenses of more ₹1200/- plus the stress of the whole experience.
