Bathroom are not clean.. no room service....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and conditions during my recent stay at your hotel from May 17th to May 21st. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations in several key areas: Room Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff neglected to clean our room or empty the dustbins for the entire duration of our four-day stay. AC Room Issue: Despite having prepaid for an AC room, we were denied one on the first night (May 17th) and were instead placed in a non-AC room—while still being charged the AC room rate. Poor Room Service: The service was severely lacking. Basic amenities, such as daily water bottles, were not provided, forcing us to refill bottles ourselves from a filter intended for staff use. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were consistently unfriendly and uncooperative, further worsening our experience. For the price paid, I expected proper care, cleanliness, and professionalism. I urge you to address these issues to prevent future guests from facing similar disappointments.

Staff.and cleaning of room

Open windows are not available. So the exhaust air from the room feels discomfort.

Great service, cozy rooms, and exceptional comfort.

The services here are excellent. They have a dedicated team, and the staff is available at all times. Loved it.

Rooms are superb. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and well equipped

I'm really very impressed with breakfast. Hotel staff was very good.
