It was good, location is incorrect in google or booking.com, call the hotel and ask to send the current location. We took the villa, but the chalet room is better than that and the amount difference is also not much.

Location, Rooms and friendly staff.

Rooms need maintainance, specially the locks.. Food taste and variety can improve.

Good place to spend without much expectations

Food was horrible. I did complain about the quality of water in the bathrooms, but they hotel manager Praveen was claiming that it directly comes from the hills and all other guests are using the same. He was saying in a way that why only I have a problem while every other resident is using the same. Water was completely yellowing with too much dirt/mud in it. Defenitely this is not acceptable. They are supposed to maintain minimal quality of service. There is no hot water too.. And there is no power in the room for about an hour as they are doing some maintenance activity. Atleast they should have informed about this to the guests in advance. The power was restored after I asked strongly that they cannot cut down the power without prior notice. This is absolutely not acceptable as they shouldnt cut down the power when the guests are in.

Dogs disturbed all the night, They laid on balcony sofa and chairs No staff to control it. Water in the pipeline was dirty and yellowish No value for money. The name of property is Wild in the website and the actual name is Wild Forest where they guided us. The only thing enjoyed is an elephant we have seen in early morning .
