Totally get that! No elevator can be a major pain, esp when you're dealing with other issues. Glad the staff were cooperative tho, that's a big plus! Were they able to offer any alternative solutions or assistance?

The staff's hospitality and positive attitude can really make a big difference, can't they? It's great when they're able to provide good service despite any logistical challenges.
