The location is near BKC, that is the only plus point but the hotel still hides behind parked Transport trucks and in a very shabby neighbourhood,

This is NOT-AT-ALL a 3 STAR category hotel, dont know how Booking.com advertised it as such without inspection, Filthy rooms, cockroaches and foul smell all over the room, they charge like a 3 star and for bathroom kit, they give a tiny sub-standard soap bar, no towels, toothbrush, nothing else, the sheets are unclean, foul smelling, The staff was extremely rude, as if they are letting us stay for Free, I asked for 1 extra pillow and the they refused in a very arrogant tone, we reached 3 hours early and asked for early check-in, he asked for 1000 extra and then took 500 (Cash) off the books to open the room after much argument. This property should be de-listed immediately and I would also like a refund from booking.com as I trusted their rating for the same, Very disappointed

We arrived before 12pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area! Staff was friendly, hotel was nice, room was clean and big
