"Toilet so durty and rats"

No reason i am give review for the hotel in this app I am booked room for 850 for one night that is a offer price by Booking .com but the hotel not accept the rate and i called booking.com coustomer service the have no response first booking.com and the hotel talk each other

"Nightmare"

First - I was charged extra money at the property, until I paid the extra amount I was not given the room. My booking amount was 2884 I was asked to pay 4084. Second - I was not given the room which I had booked. Third - The room was flithy, dirty sheets, dead cockroaches, spiderwebs, Fourth - There was no tv and hot water facility in the room.

The staff was rude after me reaching the hotel the staff harrased me to pay Rs1000 more and only then they will give me the room
