Nothing, what we can except from ashole ?

The hotel staff on duty was rude. He didn’t let me in when I reached midnight with stating all rooms are occupied. Payment not done means room is not confirmed as per him. Booking.com must takeout such property from your website to avoid your website trustworthiness
