I didn’t stayed at this hotel as they didn’t allowed my friends to be in room

Location, room & toilet cleanliness, amenities, maintenance, staff response and management.

Their own Bar on the ground floor though they are totally unrelated, families may find it obtuse.

Just the location....absolutely nothing more to like this hotel 🏨 for

The staff ,their bfast and the way the hotel exterior is pictured on the website , totally false impression. Another nightmare is the bfast and even their menu card, bcz both of them is available at the mercy of the restaurant.... Just can't believe which of the family stayed in this hotel and gave it a positive review ?? Please be fair while you post a review bcz morons like me trust the review

Cleanliness is a top priority for any hotel, and this establishment did not disappoint. Every corner of the room was spotless. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom sparkled, and even the high-traffic areas like the lobby and the elevators were consistently maintained in an immaculate state. This high level of cleanliness only served to amplify my overall comfort during my stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its caring staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every single staff member I interacted with showed genuine care and concern for my comfort and well-being. They anticipated my needs before I even had to express them and were always ready to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm smiles and exceptional service have left an indelible mark, adding a personal touch that cannot be quantified.

One of the staff members (managing the restaurant) asked told us that there was only one option for breakfast ie egg curry and chapatti, since we were with kids we thought of having food elsewhere where there are more suitable breakfast options. At the time of departure when we spoke to the manager he mentioned that they could definitely do more options, which they did. Entire episode and previous day dinner experience (when the same restaurant manager suddenly refused options that he had only offered) left a poor taste. All in all very average experience.
