The bathrooms were average. Towels and linen is old and needs better presentation.

Location + food + courteous staff

Infra could have been better - geyser working/ shower etc fixtures. Also room tariffs should be at least 60 % of what we paid given the infra

An amazing hotel in the heart of Mount Abu. Perfect stay in the heart of nature surrounded by mountains. After the noisy city traffic of Rajasthan, this amazing property felt like heaven. Our room was very clean and very, very spacious. The bathroom was perfect, with all the needed facilities. There was no hot water problem. A special word should be mentioned about the hotel staff. Their manager (administrator) was very professional and friendly at the same time. He helped us a lot with all the questions and we had a very nice talk about the region, was very informative for us. This property had only a few rooms and by chance, we were the only guests staying there for that night. We could feel that special treatment and a very high level of service. Breakfast was just amazing! We had a very nice variety of Indian and continental food, as well as very nice tea. And again the manager was a great help in helping with our simple needs and requests. Lastly, this amazing property provides a free stay and food for the driver, which was very helpful for us!
