Location: Perfectly central — everything is within easy reach including major attractions, eateries, and the railway station. Ideal for families and short stays who want to explore the city without long commutes. Staff: Exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the reception and housekeeping team — very responsive and courteous. Definitely 10/10 for service. Facilities: Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern interiors and good air conditioning. However, there’s a small scope for improvement — daily refilling of complimentary tea/coffee sachets could be done automatically instead of having to request it. Cleanliness: Rooms, bathrooms, and lobby area were all well maintained. Linen and towels were fresh and clean. Food: The in-house breakfast was simple but good in quality; Food was very good and can be tried . Overall: A very pleasant stay — excellent value for money, peaceful environment, and great for families or couples. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur. Rating: 9/10

I didn’t find any major drawback during my stay. Wi-Fi speed was a bit low at times, and the shower water flow could be slightly better, but nothing that affected overall comfort. This is just my personal experience — everyone has their own preferences, so you can always book for a day and see for yourself. Still, it’s definitely worth trying once. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay again if I visit Udaipur in the future.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room size is too small. Power Cut in the multiple times and turning on the invertor takes alot time as you will have to call them and remind them to turn it on. No closet in the rooms. The washroom size is small. Even though they have smart TVs in the rooms, the OTT apps don't work.
