"Very bad experience with Booking.com"

First of all they denied check-in at the booked price and asked for extra money. Also the room was super dirty and they denied the change of rooms. The toilet was clogged and the geyser was not working. Linens had yellow stains on them and were not changed after several requests. There is much more. I had a terrible experience with Booking.com. Will sure give it a second thought before believing the ratings of booking.com. they are surely biased.
