Actually just 1 thing Lamps should be there in such a beautiful room

One of the best properties to stay if you are visiting idukki. The view is extraordinary. You can see the idukki dam directly from your balcony if the weather is apt. The staff was very kind. They prepared tasty homely food and did not hesitate for any refills.

The location is spectacular. The entire valley below with the mist rolling in was beautiful. The hotel itself is also very nice. The staff were exceptional in their willingness to be helpful and make our stay better. Shijo needs special mention here. We really enjoyed our stay here

The hot water availability needs to be addressed. In the cold it’s not comfortable to have no hot water in the basin and a really small water heater which doesn’t give sufficient water even for one person’s shower. Housekeeping could do with some improvement

We recently stayed at "10 Degree North" for a two-day family getaway, and it was an incredible experience. Situated on a hilltop, the resort offers stunning scenic views that are truly breathtaking. The peaceful environment and natural beauty make it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts were exceptional, taking great care of us and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Their friendliness and hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend "10 Degree North" for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can't wait to return!

Everything about this place is to be liked, the location is top notch, the rooms are spacious and clean, food is cooked with love and care. The best part are the folks managing the place. Shijo and his team are an asset for this place, we would definitely return to 10 degrees north to relax and have fun.

Nothing

The staff was amazing especially Jos, the cook. Epic parotta beef. The manager Sijo was also super helpful in organising our activities. We enjoyed a cosy campfire every night. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and prompt in any requests made.

Views were out of the world. All those posters were not lying, they were real. And it's beautiful.

Would have prefered an onsite restaurant.
