A beautiful conversion with excellent fittings. The owner was very cheerful and helpful. Virtually on the lake with lake access.

Road noise when the windows were open.

The only small issue is that there’s a street with cars occasionally driving through beneath the apartment. No biggie though.

The place is lovely, modern yet cozy, very clean, spectacular view of the lake from the balcony. The place has all you need, and the hostess Kristina is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place for a few days of quiet in fhe beautiful lake district near Salzburg.

This place is amazing! Sunny apartment, great internet, parking space, and friendly people.

The room was clean, and there was everything needed. It's good to stay if you rent a car in Salzburg. Without a car, it would be complicated to reach this place. The view from the balcony of the lake was gorgeous!

It was a bit noisy because the hotel is located on a busy road, but it's only a minor inconvenience.

Service was exceptionally good, Baldinger family will take good care of you. Also the location is perfect and there is so much to do in the area. What a beautiful place, we will definitely come again.

Just one minor thing we knew when we’be booked and that is the road beneath the balcony. No issue in the evening when it’s quiet.
