Location, service, hospitality. It's a great place for the economy tourists as well as five star guests. Everyone would find what they need.

Stupid opinions about the property.

Il letto era pulito, con copricuscini e lenzuola bianche, il frigo, l'aria condizionata funzionavano a dovere, nel bagno comune c'era acqua calda. Abbiamo avuto una smart card-parcheggi, con cui potevamo parcheggiare ovunque nella zona di Nin che non è da poco visto che tutti i parcheggi costano molto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato questo - accantonato al prezzo imbattibile dello stabilimento costituisce la forza dei bungalow della Villa Dallibor. Hanno accettato il cane, che è di taglia media-certamente pagando, ma pagare per il cane non è un problema per chi viaggia con il pelosetto. È molto vicino alla spiaggia, ai ristoranti, alle attrazioni di Nin che è un'incantevole città e, in somma, tutto quello che teneva del - fuori dal cortile dell'hotel è stato molto soddisfacente. Tutte le attrazioni sono a distanza da percorrere facilmente e velocemente a piedi e ci si arriva ovunque via un lungomare con un panorama incantevole.

Ho trovato sotto il letto (vicino al margine) 100 forint, una bottiglia di succo che non ci apparteneva e molta polvere che ci ha fatto capire che di là non si passa spesso a pulire. Il frigo era sporco, come tutto il resto addobbato da reti di ragni, qua e là. Il bagno in comune, troppo piccolo e insufficente per tutte le bungalow del cortile non è mai stato pulito in 6 giorni- (se non da me che desinfettavo ogni volta che ne facevo uso) odorava giustamente di fogna, perché era piazzato sopra il pozzo nero. Non metto foto perché hanno messo gli altri-quelli che hanno messo una stella. Su tutto questo magari potevamo chiudere un occhio, ma il proprietario è quello che ci ha più spiazzati. Arrivati siamo stati sgridati che non sappiamo parlare l'inglese (come tutti gli altri ospiti italiani ignoranti, che non sanno parlare nessuna lingua-sto citando) perché non mi ricordavo la parola che sta per paletta del condizionatore, nel mentre ci e stato chiesto di pagare in contanti il resto, ma con un tono molto zgradevole- ,,Ho mandato messagio che dovete pagare in contanti,,-vero, ci e stato mandato un messaggio, ma si puo parlare anche con gentilezza.. ma da quello che abbiamo capito molto bene dall attitudine di questo distinto signore e che -perche abbiamo pagato pocco-il miglior prezzo di Nin (che puo anche essere vero), noi ci dobbiamo acontentare di qualsiasi cosa che non andava. Perché da poveraccio-soprattutto italiano, devi subire puzza, ragnatelle, sporco e maltrattamento. E per questo motivo che non ci siamo nemmeno lamentati con lui per il fatto che il bungalow una volta chiuso a chiave si poteva facilmente aprire perché il legno della porta per via del caldo si è ristretto e il chiavistello non poteva fare il suo dovere. Non ci sono stati incidenti, ma con un personale di accoglienza più gentile avrei dialogato di più. P.S.

Das Gemeinschaftsbad, sehr klein und die Sauberkeit ist auch so lala. Im Bungalow waren überall Spinnweben.

Der Besitzer ist sehr unfreundlich. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und die Dusche und Toilette waren nicht sauber. In 11 Tagen wurde das Bad nicht einmal gereinigt. Es wurde so von 15 Personen benutzt.

The accommodation was in very poor condition. Contrary to the description, there was no private bathroom, and parking was only available about 500 meters away, at the beach. The room door could not be locked because the lock was broken. The host’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we pointed out the problems, he shouted at us to “get out” and then offered us 100 euros to leave. Afterwards, he repeatedly harassed and mocked us, and even spoke badly about us to other guests. There was no hot water, the bed was propped up with wooden logs, and we did not receive any invoice for the payment. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Die Anlage war ganz nett, die Lage ist auch gut.

Der Gastgeber wirkte bemüht, aber auch sehr unfreundlich. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist ein ekelhaftes Loch, schimmelig und einfach ekelhaft. Das Bungalow, zugegebenermaßen auch preislich günstig, ist in ordnung, aber nichts Besonders. Sehr hellhörig, dunkel und klein. Man konnte es nicht zusperren, obwohl der Gastgeber das Schloss ausgetauscht hatte. Relativ fragwürdig. Insgesamt kann ich raten, 20-40€ mehr zu zahlen für ein angenehmeres Ambiente. Der Garten ist hübsch, eine nette Anlage. Trotzdem keine Empfehlung, zumindest das kleine Bungalow.

Dalibor did go further than the booking required him to. He allowed me to check in early and to park on the premises. The availability of bikes, which were free to use, was also a great touch. The location is unbeatable: only a few minutes from the beach and a 20 min walk into Nin

Many of the other reviewers have commented on Dalibor's rudeness. He was never rude to me, but I saw him being very rude and unprofessional to others. He shared information about other guests and insulted them. The posting did not fully show that there are no cooking facilities (except a microwave) for the bungalow guests6. The bungalows themselves can be better described as refitted garden sheds. They were clean and comfortable but very basic. All bungalow guests shared one bathroom and shower, which was not always clean. In the last couple of days there was a problem with the drains and there was flooding that had not been fixed by the time I left
