INRoom is near the baga beach, but nothing is good apart from that, no cleanliness, all taps are leaking, bathroom are not clean, parking is not there, only 1 or 2 cars can be parked , worst experience

ININWe stayed here for 2 days and the stay was really nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very polite.
I personally believe it is overpriced considering the location and other amenities. Though the staff said they are building a pool and will be open in the next few months.

No toiletries only bath small soap, Air conditioners were not working for 2 days, no electric kettle, no iron was provided in the room and, the Hot tub was also not up to mark, the water was very heavy tata sky was not recharged

When booking the room, the pictures of the room selected was completely different from the room reserved for me. There was only 1 option for the room, nothing else. I was traveling with a toddler and needed the extra amenities. I made a request for the room advertized with the booking I made but the management insisted that the room they put me in was the room I paid for. Furthermore, we are required to pay full amount upon arrival. So they are not obligated to do anything because the money is already received. They also said that the rooms were fully booked. The room I got had many issues, the ac didn't work well, the room door latch was so difficult to close, the bathroom door was broken, the cupboard didn't close or lock at all and the pressure in the water was absolutely horrible. The only good thing the staff did was give us a kettle to make water hot for my toddlers milk. But all in all, I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
