NOLovely placed with a great restaurant and surroundings.
ROIt is a decent room, with helpful staff and free parking. Maybe the biggest plus is the restaurant with the same name as the accommodation - run by the same staff which has very good food and a nice terrace, I highly recommend the restaurant for a nice dinner.
The toilet was not properly cleaned & there was no place in the bathroom where you could put your toiletries + we had issues with the shower doors that kept on falling off the rails. The mattress was soft and not that comfortable. There were some spider webs and a few spiders in the corners of the room. To be honest, I also expected a room which has the rock as one of the walls and I was disappointed when we found out we had a room like in any other place and not as some of the advertised ones. Also, the room that we got looks worse than in the pictures as it lacks any bedsite tables and the bed was also different, but the room contained two green plastic chairs...

The aircon keep tripping the safety box It would have been good to have some information in the room like wifi, how to work out the hot water etc

USAll was very nice, especially the staff. Very welcoming people. We didn't eat dinner there but the breakfast buffet was a great deal and fun to sit outside. Beautiful hotel and surrounding location. The house has a great atmosphere and it's very clean.
It is so far away from Riva del Garda that it's not easy to walk. The bus is often late and rare in the evening. The free Garda bus is a good ride but you have to make a reservation ahead of time. There is a Garda card on an app available for all hotel guests in this region. We only learned about it on the second day. We could have saved the fee for the cable car up to the castle the first night if the hotel would have sent us the code for the app beforehand.
BAThe rooms were clean, kudos to the cleaning ladies!! The water that was waiting in the rooms was nice. The room is spacious. Parking big and safe. Nice surroundings.
We left the windows opened and when we came back the room stinked because there are pipes from the kitchen on that side. I personally would not book this again because it is not an option not being able to leave the windows open. We wanted to pay the breakfast there but gave up when we saw the offer, breakfast offer could be more versatile.
