It's a beautiful boutique hotel with lot of antiquity The location is the best part of this stay. It's 2 mins walk from main Nizami Street and 4 Mins walk Double Gates which connects you with Icherishehar Everything which is touristy is well within reach from this place. 28 Mall, Carpet Museum, Boulevard are within 15 mins walk from this place Fahad, the receptionist was very very helpful. He goes out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He helped us with breakfast, tasting local food, booking our cab to the airport and also helped us by loading our luggage. He was taking accountability for things that were going wrong and fixing them to the best of his capability. He has very good hospitality skills and a pleasing personality.

There are a couple of things that this place lacks 1) The hotel is on the third floor with no lift. So u have to be in the best of your health to take flight of stairs with big luggage to carry 2) Rooms are just big enough to adjust you. We found it difficult to adjust our luggage which was just 2 bags (one international size and one domestic size) 3) The hotel wall clocks were not operational during the entire stay of a week. 4) There was a problem with the water supply - one day there was no warm water and another day there was no water at all for a couple of hours. Fahad did fix this eventually. 5) When we reached there was no receptionist (he was sick) and we were checked in by house help who didn't know English at all. She tried her best to check us in and it took us 30mins to successfully check-in. 6) Air conditioning of our room was very very noisy. We had to tap it several times to adjust the settings of its outer plastic part so that it doesn't make noise. Finally we fixed it by putting a folded towel on the top of the AC, which fixed the noise. 7) We were served torn towels. I can't imagine how a hotel can operate with such quality service which is very basic. When we asked the room to be cleaned once in a week, we didn't get our towels replaced. We managed with the se torn towels ( I have uploaded a pic for the same)

The Location is awesome. Hotel is wonderfull. Stuff helped us anytime. We do reccomend this hotel.

I was glad to stay in this beautiful classical style hotel. Expensive handmade furniture, high ceilings, located right in the center. Nice staff. There are transfer services and arrange tours outside the city.
