Ottima posizione della struttura, doppia esposizione della camera con terrazzino panoramico tra scorcio sul mare e movIda fanese, bagno con ampia finestra, doccia soddisfacente, camera ben insonorizzata e climatizzata, personale presente e impeccabile. Riscontrata attenzione ai dettagli (Ad esempio, anche a colazione, viene offerta in bottiglie di vetro l'acqua minerale di fonte naturale e frizzante sia fredda che a temperatura ambiente)

Varia e soddisfacente l'offerta "dolce" a colazione, migliorabile la varietà del "salato" (visti gli standard offerti dalla struttura).
