Excellent location, clean, good quality fixtures and fittings, well laid out and all amenities worked

Property suited my needs for a short stay, no nothing I found I didn’t like about the property

The room had everything we needed and the host was always on hand to help. He sat down with us on arrival and gave us a map and pointed out some good beaches, restaurants a nd places to visit which was very helpful.

There could have been more bed linen available; we had just a sheet.

The location and room were great! Super close to the town but ALSO a bit closer to Pokonji Dol beach than if you were staying in town. It was super easy to walk into town to eat, shop, or explore and we loved the views of the fortress and town while walking in! Teo is an amazing host! He was very communicative on whatsapp days before, sending us instructions on how to get to the propery. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THEM so you can take the route to the place that has no stairs. It's a small island so taking the longer but stairless route is totally worth it! We saw tons of tourists struggling with their luggage up soo many flights of stairs in the heat.

Teo fue un gran anfitrión, nos dio muchísimos tips para conocer la ciudad y playas, además se dio el tiempo de explicarnos con detalle todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía en Hvar. Estamos muy felices con nuestra estadía y esperamos volver a quedarnos en Teo's Apartments.

Apartman je predivan i ekstremno čist i uredan. Lokacija je svega nekoliko minuta od rive. Teo je predivan domaćin, nevjerojatno ljubazan i susretljiv. Nadam se da ćemo se ponovno vratiti.

The apartments were clean and well equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning and balcony. Teo was very friendly and hospitable, taking the time to explain to us the best restaurants and beaches to visit in Hvar. Perfect location just a short walk from the best parts of Old Town and great value for money. We hope to visit again!

Nothing!

Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett und hat mir viel über Hvar erzählt. Das Zimmer war mit vielen netten Details dekoriert. Es gibt eine Terasse, die eine Beschattung hat und sehr gut zum Essen genützt werden kann.

Im Oktober ist es draußen etwas kühler und das Zimmer war deswegen auch schon etwas abgekühlt. Die Klimaanlage kühlt im Sommer, aber heizt leider nicht im Winter. Nicht schlimm, aber wenn jemand empfindlicher ist, könnte es stören.
