La atención del personal de este hotel fue maravillosa: cordiales, atentos y colaboradores. Me sentí en casa. Me encantó que mi habitación tuviese acceso a un jardín interno, lo cual daba la oportunidad de conectar con la naturaleza. Debo agregar que también disfruté mucho del carácter de museo del hotel: autos en exhibición, objetos, música; un ambiente que muestra la historia de Cali a través de sus objetos culturales.

Todo estuvo bien.
