Casa Vera

Amazing Location very close to the castle. Just to be clear, you are renting rooms. The host Mr Nikolai is living in the 1st floor with you but he is the sweetest elderly man. He doesn't speak english, but he will offer you tea and coffee in every chance he gets. The house is located in the fields, is super safe, and has animals around in cottages. The scenery is made out of a movie. Love it will reccomend it 100% Fyi there is a river passing from the property and is Fantastic.

Quiet area, very close to Bran Castle and all the Restaurants. The host, Mr. Nicolae was very welcoming and kind. He greeted us with a shot of homemade "palinca" and a big smile. Every morning in the kitchen was a big kettle of fresh made filtered coffee. The room was very nice and warm, we even switched off the heat overnight. The mattress was PERFECT! I slept so good, I didn't had any back pain at all the next day. There is a private parking in front of the house as well a small river passing by. Was a good cost value deal.

Thin walls and noisy wooden floors which were bothering if you wanted to sleep late. The room didn't had electrical sockets by the bed sides, but there were 2 sockets next to the tv stand. The food smell from the kitchen below was pretty strong sometimes.

Very nice staff. It was very clean and cozy. The rooms are heated and warm on cold nights. Very close to the castle and restaurants. Thank you for the warm welcome and we would definitely return to Casa Vera.
