"Terrible condition — hygiene is bad, facilities not working, and zero support from staff"

am very disappointed with my stay here. The room was not clean, and the bathroom water was not draining properly. The fan was also not working, which made the stay uncomfortable. There were no staff available to assist, and no proper service was provided. This place felt more like a low-quality lodge rather than a proper stay
