"Overall pool was nice but there is no privacy due to camera and owner it was e cold outside pool"

Host was friendly and lady at reception was really nice from other hotel that have merged reception... quite confusing...

They asked for additional money for spa while it was included in price. They allowed swiming pool for time from 16:00- 20:00lt. As well swiming pool was monitored with camera and made us feel uncoftable with opet window however they asked for additional 30e for jacuzzi and sauna while it shluld be well writen in booking...

Dichtbij de snelweg

Je kon er niet digitaal betalen wilde je dat wel dan moest er eerst gebeld worden met de eigenaar daarnaast probeerden ze nog 10% extra in rekening te brengen als je digitaal wilde betalen. Het opgegeven adres zit een andere Hotel, blijkbaar delen ze de kosten. Voorkant heet Hotel Zen en achterzijde huurt Exclusive Spot van Hotel Zen. Niet duidelijk is erg verwarrend vooral als je na een lange reis relaxed wilt slapen. Had een betere ervaring willen hebben…ontbijt was goed personeel behalve receptie was ook goed. Hygiëne was goed.
