The location is perfect, there is free parking in front of the building, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. The city center is 10 minutes walking. There is a nice mountain view.

The host has a policy for extra charge if you want bed linen and towels for your stay. First, such a policy reflects to your choice when comparing the accommodation options because this additional charge is not displayed in the price comparison nevertheless it's described in the accommodation details. Second, the linen that we paid extra for was old and used many many times also they didn't smell washed. The bunk bed was wobbling and its lader was falling apart so one of us needed the help of a friend to climb up to the second level bed every time. The trash bin wasn't cleaned after the previous users (this maybe is just a mistake of the cleaner). In general, the place is good but it seems that the maintenance and hygiene are not a high priority of the host.
