I mobili erano nuovi e il bagno moderno e molto molto pulita.

Il monolocale ha come unico letto un divano letto. Io credo che se offri solo quel tipo di letto devi avere un divano di quelli moderni più alto e più comodo. Ormai fanno divani letto con materassi alti e spessi come quelli dei letti normali.
