Apartment City Business

Nicely decorated and cozy apartment located close to the city center. The host was very lovely, sending all the necessary information before our arrival. No complaints whatsoever.

The apartment has potential, but the owner should pay atention to its cleanliness and to the details for which it “received” 4 stars (I think 3 stars it’s correct). We apreciated the garage.

The fact that it wasn’t properly cleaned. When we first entered the apartment, it smelled nice and it looked pretty but then we noticed dust, spiderwebs and even spiders… In the kitchen we found expired food (for example oil…). In a 4 star-apartment I assume we should find everything we need, but there weren t any napkins in the kitchen. We could not use the terrace because it wasn’t cleaned. The windows and also the glass from the bath tub were dirty, too. I also think the pictures from the Booking profile were from the architect who designed it/who designed the building because in reality there are some changes/there are old things/things that are worn out. For all of these it is our belief that the 4-star ranking and the price are too high.

Super clean and comfortable. Denize, the owner is very pleasant and available for all inquiries and adjustments. Very flexible in favor of the guests, doing everything to make guests feel welcome. Available parking place, which makes a big difference in crowded Pula :)
