I found it hard to work out how to store luggage - was in wrong building - directions could have been clearer

Great view. Very clean. Good instructions given on how to check in - very complex check in but once we had done it, it made sense and was straight forward after that. Appreciated the step by step photos showing of how to get to the apartment from Busan KTX Station, sent via email on the morning of check in day. Very responsive online staff when we had a question about how to use the entrance door to get into the apartment building. Comfortable firm bed. Basic kitchen utensils and cooking pot/pan available. Very secure apartment and building.

A 10 - 15min walk to the shops and restaurants near Busan Station. There was a convenience store close by. Major building works going on right next to the apartment. Some noise heard despite triple glazing on the windows. Would depend which apartment building (A or B) you were staying in and which way your apartment faced. No emptying of trash for the 5 nights were were staying there (can pay extra to have your apartment serviced). Couch was "sat out" and needed replacing. Closest place to the apartment to get a proper coffee machine coffee did not open until 0830 (was a cafe within the same apartment complex).

Nice property. great location, nice amenities, and friendly staff.

I’ve stayed there numerous times over the last 4 years. My biggest complaint is they’re very stingy with coffee and towels. They gave us 2 coffee pods for a 4 night stay. Luckily my friend speaks Korean and got the point across. It sounded like he initially received resistance. They then quickly responded to our room with adequate supplies.

Space available

Difficulty finding the place - there was very little instruction and we got lost All instructions in apartment was mostly in Korean so we had trouble sorting out lights heating etc at first.

As a 3 people family we‘ve booked the appartement for 5 nights. We‘ve enjoyed the exclusive size and location.

Checkin was a bit difficult as there are no clear informations how to enter the apt. if you arrive via skywalk from the train station. Also it took some time until we‘ve understood the controls of the technical equipment as we can‘t understand korean.
