Clean, new, modern design. Bright and with all kitchen appliances

Location hard to find, check in instructions not clear enough. No breakfast or restaurant near by.

It was spacious and clean and luxurious.

It was difficult to find my way to the hotel room. My friends and I were confused as we had to be in the ring building to get to a certain level and then change to another elevator. Sometimes the elevator code did not work. I find it difficult to recommend to friends and family as they might have difficulty figuring out how to get to the room.

No good sitting area - the counter overhang isn’t adequate for use as a table and the bar stools too high. There is lots of room for a table and chairs - put one in. Very limited bath towel supply just 2 Stupid motion sensor light shines right into bedroom Should make it simpler with the same code for elevator, main door, baggage storage Need better explanation for all the high tech electronic features as language translate doesn’t work that well when it comes to device management

We lived the location next to the train station, very convenient. It was really nice to have two separate bedrooms and bathrooms for my husband and I and our son. I appreciated the fact that bathroom was stocked with shampoo, tp, soap, hair dryer etc. We didn’t use the washer/dryer or kitchen but it was nice that those soaps were supplied too. We did use the styler (steamer) in the bigger closet to freshen up our wrinkled clothes.

It would have been a little confusing figuring out how to access the hotel for the first time had I not saved the step by step directions written in another review. It helped to be prepared.

We had a very good stay. Very spacious and clean. Very convenient to be close to Busan Station
