A localização é optima. A limpeza do apartamento também estava muito bem. WC's novos e apartamento claramente renovado em alguns pontos.

O apartamento não reune condições para mais de 4 pessoas. A sala está muito mal organizada. A nossa filha teve de dormir num sofa desconfortável e partido. Tem uma mesa de vidro, altamente perigosa, especialmente para crianças e que aquando de aberta, como no nosso caso que eramos 5 pessoas, fica enorme ocupando imenso espaço e não é prático. Os apartamentos desta torre são pequenos, pois já estivemos hospedados mais do que 1 vez nesta torre e por isso os apartamentos têm de estar pensados e equipados neste sentido. O valor do aluguer aumentou imenso relativamente ao ano passado e por espera-se conforto e qualidade igual ao valor pedido, o que não aconteceu neste apartamento. O quarto de cama de casal é muito pequeno, tem um roupeiro enorme sem utilização e o espaço é minimo. Na nossa opinião neste apartamento falta conforto!

O apartamento, nas "torres da Torralta", está muito bem localizado. A área circundante ao edifício está cuidada (ajardinada). Está bem equipado e terá sofrido obras de restauro (melhorias), a avaliar pela cozinha e outros equipamentos (mobílias).

Acumulação de algum restolho de folhas, pontas de cigarro, embalagens de plástico, etc,, no exterior, junto ao edifício.
