Pemandangan sahaja best ya.

Kena banyak improve homestay ni. 1- deposit refundable lambat. Dah 12jam still tak pulangkn balik. 2- bilik bau hapak tak wangi. 3- water heater dalam toilet bising sangat mcm nk meletop bunyinye klaw on. 4- kipas ceiling bising giler. Nak tidur tk lena menganggu sangat. 5- brg bersepah dlam almari. Siap ade lipas dh mati. 6- kt bilik tkde cermin. Nk betulkan tdung pun kena bukk pakai cermin toilet. Haih.

rumah bukan rumah untuk disewa tapi untuk didiami pemilik secara persendirian

tidak dapat kerjasama dari owner dan deposit burn atas bukan salah penyewa kalau penyewa pecahkan cermin seberat batu dan gantungan tidak kukuh (dari gambar jelas skru bukan heavy duty) penyewa tidak akan masuk semula dan buat video call untuk bukti jatuh sendiri tanpa disentuh pemilik perlu simpan semua alatan yang tidak diguna spt buku dan barang kecil lain kerana hanya penyewa yang tidak menyentuh barang barang berkenaan jika orang lain dah hilang sama sekali rumah ditinggal tidak layak dijadikan homestay boleh simpan untuk beli makan rm100 deposit tu
