Amazing view. Very close to the beach and old town. The host gave us a thorough overview of the place and kindly booked us a boat trip which was cheaper than the average.

The owner is kind and friendly. The location provides a fast access to all facilities.

We were quite surprised by the high rating of this apartment as our experience did not match these. The apartment had a strange smell from the moment we arrived, the air conditioning did not work properly (even at the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the air was still lukewarm), the location was further from the center than expected (10–15 minutes on foot), and there were many mosquitoes. When we raised the issue with the air conditioning, the host was defensive and told us she “spends all her time cleaning and can’t notice every small detail.” This response was not service-minded and made us feel uncomfortable. She also suggested that she could mark us as a “no show” on Booking.com so we would receive a 10% discount. This seemed more about avoiding Booking.com’s fee than helping us, and it left us uneasy about the integrity of the booking process. We, of course, declined, but it made us wonder if the high ratings might be related to this practice.

The host was very nice and helpful. Great location and quiet place.

Very good owner, recommended what we can visit in Kotor, it was very interesting, treated us with tasty cake, very clean apartment, included a lot of facilities, close to center of town and to bay, very nice view

The view was incredible. The bed was big and we liked the bidet. The host was also helpful and kind.

There were not any real curtains

- proactively supportive owner: she gave us very good tips about restaurants, touristic information...etc. Especially the boat tour was amazing - terrace with wonderful ocean view - very cute cat - walking distance to the beach and the old town
