If you wish to pay with a credit card, you will need to present the card used to make the reservation at check-in, which will be pre-authorized for the total cost of the accommodations plus a security deposit of €150 per room per stay prior to your arrival. This deposit is to cover any additional costs that may be incurred during your stay. If you prefer to pay your account in cash, you will be required to pay the total cost of the accommodations plus this same security deposit at the time of check-in. In the case of prepaid reservations, only the security deposit will be required to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
