Breakfast à la carte was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with lots of queries. We got a room upgrade which was fantastic and we are grateful for that! Room had a fantastic view to Ornos beach. We will come back soon!

Perfect location, beautiful clean room but the best part was the staff. An amazing group of people from the check in to breakfast to the cleaners. All so happy, helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to all of you…we will return!

Nothing

The room is spacious and right on the beach. Nice to hang out on the terrace and you can walk and have a swim in the sea in seconds. Nice and abundant breakfast. The staff is really caring and welcoming.

A bit hard to access with a stroller, lot of stairs.

El personal es especialmente atento. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente que fue solucionado muy bien. El desayuno a la carta es espectacular y la gente que lo atiende muy agradable. Directamente en la playa.

Puede escucharse algo la música de los beach club de la playa, si bien son tranquilos a priori, meten decibelios. Como sugerencia, diría que el ambiente dentro del hotel es quizás un poco informal. Deben cuidar más los algunos detalles (puertas de staff abiertas, tenderetes,…)

Small gripe but could have been more storage space

The amazing staff, combined with the lovely view and beautiful property make this resort the best! This hotel has the best staff, truly kind and helpful, and they certainly provide outstanding service. The rooms are comfortable, chic, and have lovely views. The beach is beautiful and the restaurants down the beach are wonderful for lunch and dinner. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
