Villa Mudha 3 Sanur

Really nice space for a group to stay.. alfresco dining space was wonderful.

The facility had WIFI , although most 'normal' websites we wished to access was inaccessible. It's like the owners placed a block on most websites i.e. The Age or our work websites to check work emails. . . we've not had this issue at any other stay in Bali.. we assume its a router setting. It was quite frustrating, and meant we had to use other intermet access. So if internet access is a priority for you.. I'd choose somewhere else.

Location was sensational. Very clean and comfortable. Katak was beautiful who met us and made us breakfast for my birthday. Each room has its own bathroom. Pool was fantastic

The Villa was excellent for a relaxing break with family. It was well equipped with all amenities. The staff were great.

We would have liked to have been a little closer to the beach.

Close to supermarket and lots of options for warungs and restaurants. Beach isn't far. Attentive staff. All age groups 40's late 20's and 10 year old. Late 20's often visited Seminyak and Canguu on gojeks without a drama whilst still loving the quiet of Sanur.

Couldn't complain other than maybe TV'S in all bedrooms as there was only loungeroom TV the one bedroom.

No breakfast but the little warung across the road was awesome for breakfast

could not fault it other than the power went out but that was rectified pretty quickly

the Villa is perfect for a fun family vacation or friend holiday. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. My favorite was the fabulous and well kept pool.

I wish the bathrooms were more clean.

Staff helpful. Villa nice but a bit run down. Private pool was nice because beach is a bit of a walk. Owner always available for any problems.

Roof leak in upstairs unit. Road flooded after heavy rain. Floods after a few hours of heavy rain making it difficult or almost impossible to get out without wading through above knee deep water. We got stranded with no food for a day and needed to get owner to provide rubber boat to get out. Owner don't appear to have anything in place for this situation which appears regularly in wet season. Flooding was only lasted 2 days. Would be disastrous if like it on arrival. I believe other people in same street ended up moving to a hotel. They need a system in place to help guests in this situation. We were late to getting airport due waiting for boat to get us out. Only just made our flight.

Rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed. Staff were absolutely lovely. Communication for booking & during stay was easy & responsive.

The location was difficult for many Gojek drivers to locate. The resident roosters next door started up at 4am & remained vocal until about 8pm every night!

Everything!! The pool was fantastic as was location close to main street and beach. The staff were lovely and great communication. House and grounds were clean and well maintained

The beds had no top sheet (fresh duvet covers each cleaning day) but we found it was either too hot under the duvet or too cold if you took it off. So a top sheet would of been nicer i think. Also there were no flannels or hand towels. But nothing really to complain about as we loved it and had a great holiday there - would definitely go back and stay again
