Spacious 4-bedroom garden villa

We absolutely loved staying here! The pool is a great size. The accommodation was perfect for 2 families with a mix of teenage and primary school age children. Ketut the villa manager was amazing and was such an amazing help our whole trip! She is so beautiful and really topped off our stay here. We cannot recommend it enough! You will not be disappointed.

Nothing, everything was phenomenal

The Villa is in a great location that is quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the main road in Sanur. The setup is perfect for families or a big group of friends as it’s a huge well set out property. Ketut was a great host and very helpful and friendly.

The pool is great, but due to the trees & garden surrounding it perhaps needs to be cleaned daily. Mosquitoes were quite prevalent during our stay, so mosquito repellent and coils were used regularly.

This spacious tropical oasis is a gem. 4 on suite double rooms ideal for our multi generation family but would work just as well with 4 couples. The pool was fantastic as was the covered outdoor dining area and pool table. Bikes were available if you're brave enough to take on Sanur roads. Very close to lots of awesome restaurants. Close to Icon Mall which is a good size mall with air-conditioning! Staff and neighbours very friendly and helpful.

Only negative is that it's a bit of a walk to the beach access (10mins). Easiest way is through the mall which opens at 10am so no real drama.

The configuration of the property was perfect for our families needs (with older children) and the pool and communal space was large enough for all to effectively relax and enjoy each other’s company. The range of games, pool table, etc was a welcomed addition. Whilst we didn’t utilise the kitchen, it had everything we would have needed. Gardens were beautiful and added to the Balinese feel.

Flooding in the nearby streets was an inconvenience early in our holiday, but it didn’t dampen our enthusiasm to explore.

The villa was considerably more spacious than we anticipated and with 2 couples and 2 singles we utilised all four bedrooms. All rooms had their own bathroom and safe. The kitchen and central common area/lounge were a great place to relax and the billiard table was a bonus. Pushbikes were available onsite for those up for it and the salt chlorinated pool was large and the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. The housekeeper Ketut is super friendly and helpful.

The main bedroom has a living room and the air conditioner struggled to keep up. All other rooms were perfect.

Beautiful and spacious home in a central location yet peaceful and quiet, set in tropical gardens with an extra large pool, and a pool table for rainy days too. What’s not to like! Everything you could want is provided, and everything else just a short walk. The hosts were flexible and generous with check in and out, and Ketut welcomed and looked after us like family. Had a truly great stay and hope to stay again, thank you.

Villa was way bigger than we expected, pleasantly surprised! Pool was great for the kids and the pool table was a big hit too!

Another TV up the other end would have been good. The air con lounge room small for everyone to be together.
