Grand Metropark Villa Resort Sanya Yalong Bay

Отель расположен в глубь от центральной дороги ( около 800м),пешком можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Мы были в этом отеле в первый раз. Жили на вилле № 2111, 5 дней. Виллу выбрали одноэтажную, что бы не бегать по лестнице. Территория уютная, очень зеленая! Как на самой вилле так и по дороге между ними! По виллам курсирует гольф-кар, помогает добраться до лобби. Заселение прошло довольно быстро, но мы и приехали за час до заселения, так что долго ждать не пришлось. Если у вас есть Wechat, то вам предложат добавиться в друзья. Что очень упростит общение с ресепшен! По любым вопросам вы просто пишете им туда и всегда ,достаточно быстро, получаете ответ! Так например вы заказываете себе такси ( гольф-кар) от своей виллы до лобби. Где вы можете пойти в ресторан или в общий бассейн или пересесть на другую машинку, которая подвезет вас до главной дороги. Вторая машинка ходит один раз в пол часа! До 19:30! Нам ,несколько раз, повезло добраться на ней и позже, от дороги до отеля, потому что другие гости писали в Wechat и просили прислать ее за ними! Уборка в номере проходила каждый день, и мы заметили что как только мы просили отвезти нас на завтрак, тут же приходила уборка, так как знали что нас сейчас нет. И по возвращению уже все было чисто! Конечно нельзя забывать что это природа, муравьи и тараканы ( большие) тоже могут оказаться у вас в номере, если оставлять двери открытыми, особенно вечером! От комаров все предусмотрено отелем! Тут тебе и жидкость и даже пластинки, так что нас ни кого ни разу не покусали! Если вам кажется что воды в бассейне не достаточно, то стоит лишь попросить и ее вам доберут до краев! Персонал вообще очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный! Отдельно хочется отметить девочек на ресепшене Daisy Zhao и Betty, за то что всегда готовы помочь своим гостям!

Надо сказать что завтраки конечно скудноваты, но голодным остаться могут лишь жуткие привереды. Однако в стране где продают так много и такое разнообразие чая, тут с этим большие проблемы. Три чайника на весь ресторан, которые рассчитаны максимум на 4 кружки. Он не подогревается. И поэтому чай постоянно холодный его постоянно нет и сам чай такой как будто пакетик черного чая заваривают уже со вчера.

Очень понравилась вилла! Отличные условия проживания. Две спальни, две ванные комнаты, отдельная гостиная с кухней. Территория просто восторг! Полноценный бассейн, лежаки, цветы! Ухоженная прилегающая территория, постоянная доставка электромобилем. Приветливый внимательный персонал.

We stayed at Grand Metropark Villa Resort Sanya Yalong Bay from March 23 to April 2. This was our first family vacation in Hainan and our first family trip to China, so this experience was especially important to us. We booked a villa with a private pool through Booking.com. Positive: There are definitely some strong points worth mentioning. The private pool at the villa is large and spacious. The hotel grounds and main reception area are very presentable and create a good first impression. Shuttle service between the reception and villas runs frequently, and in most cases responds quite quickly. The staff generally tries to address requests — for example, when we asked, they arranged additional pool cleaning. The hotel buffet is also enjoyable: a good variety of food and live music every evening, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff overall is polite and friendly, especially the older employees. However, younger staff often appeared tired or dissatisfied, particularly shuttle drivers, who sometimes seemed unhappy with their job.

Areas for Improvement: 1. Smoking / Non-smoking villas There is no clear separation between smoking and non-smoking villas. At first, we were placed in a smoking villa, and the smell was very strong and unpleasant. Later we were moved to another villa, which was fine. This should be managed properly, especially for families with children. 2. Food and labeling There is almost no clear labeling of food (meat, vegetarian, halal, etc.). Staff is not familiar with these distinctions. Pork and non-pork dishes are not properly separated. For guests with religious restrictions, this is a serious issue. Also, the menu is repetitive and lacks variety. 3. Pool maintenance The pool is large, but filtration seems weak. We had to request cleaning ourselves. For long stays, cleaning should be done regularly without requests. 4. Beach access This was one of the biggest issues. The shuttle does not go to the beach, only to the main road. From there, you need to walk about 1 km. There is no private beach, no showers, no changing areas. After swimming, you must walk back covered in sand. We were told the shuttle cannot go to the beach due to police restrictions. However, this should not affect guests. Because of this, we only went to the beach 2–3 times in 10 days. 5. English language Many staff members do not speak English. Reception tries to help with translators, but in restaurants communication is very difficult. For a hotel with many international guests, this is a problem. 6. No response via Booking.com Before the trip, we sent several questions via Booking.com (about transfer, food, villa, etc.). We sent them in English and Chinese, but received no response. This created inconvenience during planning. We ask both Booking.com and Grand Metropark Villa Resort Sanya Yalong Bay to improve response time.

Die Villa mit Privat Pool ist super! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr gut für eine Familie!

The hotel grounds are very large and surrounded by greenery, which makes the environment peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was okay. They provide a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests to the hotel entrance (about a 10-minute walk otherwise), making it convenient to reach the beach. From the entrance, the beach is quite close.

The staff were polite and helpful. However, none of them spoke English, which was a bit uncomfortable at times, though understandable. I hope the hotel considers hiring English-speaking staff to better assist international guests. I did experience some issues with my booking. I reserved accommodation for three people with breakfast included, but upon arrival, the hotel informed me that the breakfast was only for two people, which didn’t make sense. It seems this detail was not clearly stated on the Booking.com page. Booking.com was very cooperative, but the issue had to be resolved directly with the hotel, so we ended up paying for breakfast for one additional person. For future reference, it would be better if all details were clearly stated during the booking process. This situation didn’t ruin my overall stay, but it was inconvenient, as I had to spend several days resolving the issue and waiting for responses.

Просто отличный отель за свои деньги!! В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. Хорошие бассейны с бесплатными каяками и детскими лодочками. Завтраки вкусные, выбор еды хороший. Территория большая, есть фотозоны и пруд, в котором можно ловить рыбу.

Отель старенький, но его постепенно ремонтируют. Расположен далеко от моря.

It is nice and quiet place. Cleb room. Great choice on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very easy to get in and out on taxi
