Sämtliches Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der Lage nahe am Hafen ist man zentral und gut gelegen. Das Frühstück erfüllte meine Erwartungen mehr als. Da hat es für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer war hübsch und geräumig.

Das Bad war baufällig und den wenigen Verkehr von der Strasse hört man im Zimmer.

Excelente Localização em frente à marina da Horta com vista para a Ilha do Pico.

O Hotel está muito degradado e carece de obras profundas, o pequeno almoço é mediocre.
