Locația, curățenia, amabilitatea și disponibilitatea personalului, mâncare bună.

Nu a fost apă de băut în cameră, nici în frigider, nici afară, pe o vreme de 30 de grade C este omenește să oferi apă de băut gratuit sau măcar cu bani deja în cameră.

Camera piccola e angusta. Nemmeno un armadio.. palazzo fatiscente.considerata anche camera de luxe. C'è ne siamo andati un giorno prima

Nu am luat mic dejun! Locatia este in centru.

sa functioneze liftul. in indicatiile catre locatie ar trebui sa se explice punctele pe langa care treci (biserica, muzeu, magazine)
